I booked my Piaggio ET4 into SRS Motorcycles for a general service, and new rear tyre.
They estimated that the bike would be ready by 6pm on the same day.
SRS Motorcycles called me at about 4pm to inform me that my scooter was ready for collect. During this call I was able to find out an exact price for the work, and was even given a brake-down of the work on the phone!
Upon collecting I found that all of the work was completed and to a high standard!

Sarah - Gilera DNA 125
I dropped my Gilera DNA in to have the rear shocks and fork oil changed.
I left the bike on a Saturday morning, expecting the bike to be ready on Monday, however I got a call at lunchtime advising me that my bike was ready!
Great service, friendly staff & the cheapest price I have known for this amount of work!

This was the first time that I have ever had any work done on my bike at SRS Motorcycles, and after having alot of trouble with previous Motorcycle Centers, I wasn't holding much hope for this one.
What a great bunch!! - I had a new tyre fitted and a front indicator which was all done while I waited. All of the work was done really quickly and professionally, and all well under budget!
I am now one of SRS Motorcycles regulars, and would not take my bike anywhere else!!

SRS HAMMERSMITH ARE BLOODY AWESOME!
Left work a little early and made my way over to them to get a custom bracket made up for my new tomtom rider as the std OE tomtom parts were not really up to the job however more to the point there was nowhere to physically mount the unit on the bike (being a '99 R1) + I didn't want the unit covering the speedo or rev counter which made it impossible for it to be installed out of the box how I wanted it (I know I am a fussy git).
Anyway, got down there and they started on it straight away. Nik and Claudia were very friendly and welcomming.
Got me to sit on the bike and tell him exactly where I wanted the display. The end product was quality and exactly how I wanted it to be.
I recommend these chaps to anyone as there service and attention to detail is second to none! They also do servicing, repairs, punctures, tyres, batteries, brakes, accessories, bike / scooter sales etc.
